Weight Loss Day 1
Today is 29 March, 2012 and start of my Diet. In the beginning I am trying to reduce the intake of meal by reducing the portions size but eventually I plan to reduce it to just one meal per day for most days of the week. This is how I look today, HORRIABLE! I know I have man-boobs and I am obese I just look ugly.
How I got here where I am today at 260 pounds or 118 kg? Answer is simple I love to eat and I do binge eating I can eat three persons meal at one sitting and can have 3 to 4 sittings per day. All that need to stop in order to lose weight get fit you need to change the lifestyle not just go on a diet because the reason why you gained weight was because of poor eating habits. I was a junk food junkie Mc Donalds, KFC, Hardees, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Halwa Puri, Pratha Kabab, Nehari, chicken Karahi you name it!
I not going to totally stop(that’s impossible to achieve in long run) all the food that I love to eat I am just going to reduce the quantity.
My WEIGHT
29 March, 2012 Weight at 5 am before breakfast: 259 pounds or 117.5 kg.
What I ate today
BREAKFAST:
Breakfast are easy for me to skip thats why I avoid breakfast.
Note:- Experts don’t recomend that.
I just had a calcium supplement for breakfast + 1 kitkat mini bar
Lunch:
I had goat curry and one roti
I also take Vitamin supplements after lunch today I took GNC Mega men 2 tablets + Zinc 2 mg 1 tablet + Iron 18mg 1 capsule
Than after couple of hours at 5 pm I had Goat curry with matar palao (rice cooked with peas)

I also had two Candies
Dinner
Well I was not supposed to eat dinner but I ate it and a big one too So SAD……….
I had Hardees Superstar meal with regular fries + onion Rings + strawberry Milkshake
Water
I consume 3 – 4 liters of boiled but chiled water every day.
Total Calories Consumed
approx 3000
Daily Required: 2200
Excercise or Physical Activity all day
None: work all day mostly in front of computer.
Note: I do plan to start rigorous excercise soon!
Comments:
Today was my first day that’s why I missed my target of calorie consumption by a big margin but I am not going to give up and stay on diet.
