My Weight at 5 am before breakfast: 256.4 pounds or 116.2 kg.
Weight Loss = .1 pounds or .05 kg ( not bad )
What I ate today
Breakfast is easy for me to skip that’s why I avoid breakfast.
Note: – Experts don’t recommend this.
Well I had a big lunch today because I went to my in-laws and they force me to eat and once I have good food on table its hard for me to stop The problem with going on a diet is to be careful of not becoming asocial as you try to avoid food so the trick is eat little portions if can’t do that just starve as long as you can after that heavy meal my minimum time before your next meal after such heavy eating according to be at least 24 hours if not more. This is what I had for lunch today Chicken Karahi, Mash ki Daal(lentils) cooked in Dalda(Basmati gee)and 2.5 Rogani Nan(flat bread). on Top I had 600 ml cola(gourmet Cola) I Love Coke or Pepsi but gourmet cola is OK

Daily Vitamin Supplements after Lunch
I was not planning on having a dinner tonight but my mother was hosting a party and the temptation gave in but never mind I will handle it tomorow,
I consume 3 – 4 liters of boiled but chiled water every day.
Total Calories Consumed
Daily Required: 2200
No Exercise or Physical Activity today mostly sitting in front of computer.
Note: I do plan to start rigorous exercise soon!
Comments: I lost weight today just a little but no problem I was just building up for the crash diet today I had heavy lunch but I compensated by no dinner which is not a good approach but when some time you are invited to a lunch party that’s the best option. I think Tomorow morning when I am going to check my weight I might have gained some !!!!! Yeks
