My Weight at 5 am before breakfast: 254.4 pounds or kg.
Progress: Lost 1.7 Pounds which is great and I feel great no weakness of any sort.
What I ate today
Breakfast I have decided to take a light Healthy breakfast to meet my daily requirements of Calcium and Vitamin D through natural and healthy resource without the use of supplements.
Note: – Experts recommend dieters must eat breakfast to achieve longterm goals.
I had Lamb chops, cooked potatoes, lentils with flat whole wheat bread for Lunch. After lunch I usually take a power nap of an hour which I did today when I woke up I was starving so I decided to take a quick snack of the leftovers from lunch and boy I enjoyed it. Vitamin Supplements That I take after every lunch seven days a week.
Well I thought I would skip it but my inlawas invited me for a late night dinner and I just can’t say no so had to eat some and I ate Chicken curry and chicken Kebab with flat bread with 7oo ml of coke. Its ok I will have weight gain tomorow but I will stick to my diet plan and In every diet plan you need a way out of these situations when you just can’t help it otherwise your diet is bound to fail.
I consume 3 – 4 liters of water every day pure water.

Daily Required: 2200
No Exercise or Physical Activity today mostly sitting in front of computer.
Note: I do plan to start rigorous exercise soon!
Comments: I ate 1000 calories less than the required to maintain my current weight hope to see the good news when I get on scale tomorow morning but you never know especially when you check your weight every day as there are lot of factors involved e.g timing of the water intake when you last visited the toilet etc. Thats why I try to weight my self at exact same time every day in same fasting condition.
